The vulnerability of the observer is enhanced by extreme exposure— a flat land devoid of trees or other protection versus the puniness and impermanence of the travel trailer, not to mention the grill and lawn chair. After all these years the statute of limitations on the theft must be expired, so you wouldn’t be ratting on anybody.
