In the third of my Titanic Series the ship has sunk and is resting on the ocean floor. We are looking down through the broken skylight above the Grand Staircase onto the foyer area. All is dark except for the light fixture held up by the cherub sculpture on the banister, which here for some reason still glows, imparting an air of somber disquiet.
