I considered discussing mobile-home life— freezing pipes, roof leaks that dripped onto the center of my bed (yuck!), and impossible-to-fix window seepage that curled paneling like wet cardboard. Instead I’ll talk about the people— neighbors and others— I encountered during my twenty or so years in Saxony Mobile Home Park on Friendship Road here in Paducah.
