When I worked as a draftsman I drew only small speaker parts, but as an assignment during the course of one employment I did a preliminary architectural layout for a new plant. Drawings of already-designed speaker parts were rewarded with an inadequate paycheck, but the floor plan gave me a rush— every line I drew would have large scale ramifications.
