As the brightest spots, light sources should be blinding. So over a pure white-ground reflector (brush cleanliness a headache, the slightest impurity dulling the sheen) a rich, glowing cord of titanium-powered alkyd resin is lubed. To further heighten the effect a dusty frost is blown from the searing edges a half-glint into the coalescent void.
