It’s fascinating that as things decay they tend to shed their function and reveal their form, e.g. body to skeleton. Screen panels, once white and seamless, become as encrusted as an underwater shipwreck. Wanted to do with this drive-in what the painter Ivan Albright is famous for having done with doors, objects, and people.
