What his dad did in Iraq was minimal but effective— repelling Iraqis from Kuwait, maintaining control of the air to keep them contained, and staying within the UN mandate. Russia had weapons of mass destruction, they too were contained, and we didn’t go in and bomb them. In time they changed on their own without a shot fired. Iraq didn’t even have WMDs.
