Ideal Woman

Soon as we meet we’re inseparable as teenagers. After a year or two we develop a crush. Within a decade things are getting serious.

We’re so in empathy with each other that we never discuss our needs or desires. That’s unnecessary. No we aren’t mind readers, our thoughts just follow similar brain patterns.

We’re so secure in our love that if I happen to wonder out loud how cool a harem might be, she helps me recruit the additional women.

We each recognize that we’re both totally flipped-out and crazy, and wouldn’t want it any other way. Especially me.

Neither of us consumes or desires any drug except each other— apart from coffee, wine, and a fifth of scotch.

We want to discuss sexual fantasies but never have time, we’re too busy fulfilling them.

In fact we have trouble finding time to live life because we’re too busy taking it easy, nor do we have money problems because there’s never time to shop.

There is time to savor a sunset, then discuss spirituality, meaning, and television far into the night.

We read poetry to each other, some of it good.

Instants are infinite.
